A federal grand jury in Harrisburg on Wednesday indicted four illegal aliens, including one captured in Shenandoah, for allegedly re-entering the United States illegally.
The Republican Herald reports that 32 year old Eduardo Hernandez-Lara, of Mexico, who authorities said was deported in 2007, faces a charge of illegal re-entry.
Federal authorities said they captured Hernandez-Lara in Shenandoah.
Hernandez-Lara’s case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney James T. Clancy. If convicted, Hernandez-Lara faces a maximum sentence of two years in prison.
