Charges held for court...

The verdict of a drug delivery case, in Coaldale, that police say resulted in a woman’s death, in March, will be determined in Schuylkill County Court.

According to the Republican Herald, Magisterial District Judge Stephen J. Bayer held over all charges against 52 year old Peggy Hill after a preliminary hearing Tuesday, finding the commonwealth established enough evidence to move the criminal case along to the next level.

Hill, now of Nesquehoning, was living in Coaldale when borough police allege she sold 27-year-old Brittany Marley and her boyfriend packets of heroin that both ingested, but that led to Marley’s overdose death March 15.

Hill has been out on $50,000 bail since her May arraignment.
