A Kentucky man involved in a crash in Berks County, on Saturday, that claimed the lives of two Auburn men, has been charged with having drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
According to the Republican Herald, State police at the Hamburg station charged 41 year old Christopher A. Cornelius, on Monday with three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
The crash claimed the lives of 56 year old Nicholas Winter Sr., and 26 year old Nicholas Winter.
Police did not say if the illegal items had any connection to the crash, but that the investigation is continuing.
