Pennsylvania's auditor general says the state is missing out on millions of dollars each year by not legalizing recreational marijuana.
Reports show that Pennsylvania could make more than 580 million dollars by just regulating and taxing marijuana, to help balance the budget.
The Auditor general, Eugene Depasquale, is the first elected state official to endorse the regulating and taxing of marijuana -- announcing his stance back in March 2017.
