Three people failed to appear for their preliminary hearings before District Judge Stephen Bayer on July 5.
Authorities say 31 year old Jonathan George Manness, 31, of Tamaqua, 29 year old Shirley Mae Hazlett, of New Ringgold and 30 year old Christopher M. Fessler, of Minersville, didn’t appear to answer to charges against them.
All three had their cases held for county court and had warrants issued for their arrest.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call police.
