Someone broke into the west Hazleton little league offices, causing thousands of dollars of damage.
Authorities say there were two suspects who were seen on a nearby security camera near the complex on North Street, early Monday morning.
Officials from the West Hazleton little league say this crime will have a major impact on their fundraising efforts. It comes just two weeks before a big tournament at the complex, which is one of their biggest fundraisers of the year.
West Hazleton Little League officials are still adding up their losses they range anywhere from $2,000 to $5,000.
League officials say they are not sure if the losses are covered by their insurance policy. If not, they will have to hold many more fundraisers to make up for these losses.
