A man charged by Pottsville police with what turned out to be a BB pistol that resembled an actual weapon had charges against him held for court during a preliminary hearing Monday morning.
According to the Republican Herald, 45 year old Jeffrey Rodgers, of Pottsville was arrested by police after an incident that took place at Rodgers home.
According to authorities, Rodgers allegedly threatened David Gordon, of Ringtown, on July 18th with what was thought at the time to be a handgun.
After hearing testimony, Monday, Magisterial District Judge James K. Reiley ordered all charges against Rodgers held for Schuylkill County Court.
