Three individuals are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Rush Township early Wednesday.
According to Skook News police stopped a vehicle for a violation in the 700 block of Claremont Avenue just before 2:00am and noticed the smell of Marijuana and also uncovered 114 baggies of suspected Heroin, 4.5 grams of unpackaged Heroin, and empty packaging material used in the distribution of Heroin.
18 year old Kenneth Rosario, of Scranton, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Bayer and was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison in lieu of $50,000.00 bail.
35 year old Anthony Morreale, of Pittston, was also arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Bayer and was released on unsecured bail.
A 16 year-old male juvenile was also charged and turned over to the Schuylkill County Juvenile Probation department.
