The Ramada Inn, in Pottsville has been sold. According to the Republican Herald, the $2.1 million sale on Aug. 14 has been recorded in the Schuylkill County Courthouse.
DNGP Enterprises Inc., a Pennsylvania company, sold the property to Pottsville Hospitality LLC, which is listed in Roselle Park, New Jersey.
Tim Pellish, Pottsville, attorney for the real estate transaction, said Friday he didn’t have a lot of details about the plans other than changes are in the works.
