A man is facing criminal homicide charges after a shooting, early Monday, in Gordon.
According to Skook News, 36 year old Michael Grady reportedly fired his 12 gauge shotgun shooting 24 year old Steven Molina.
The incident happened around 4:30am at Grady's home in the 600 Block of Hobart Street in Gordon. Grady reportedly told police that he was handing the shotgun to Molina, when it fired hitting him in the neck.
An investigation into the incident showed that Grady was impaired to a degree of intoxication during the incident and was in sole possession of the firearm when it discharged.
Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale arraigned Grady around 4:00pm and committed him to Schuylkill County Prison with no bail.
