A traffic stop has led to drug charges for a Shenandoah man. According to West Hazleton Police, officers pulled over a vehicle for a shattered taillight just after 10pm on July 20th.
While conducting the traffic stop, officers discovered probable cause to conduct a search of the vehicle which revealed a passenger attempting to conceal narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
The passenger, 22 year old Stephen Lawrence Usalis, of Shenandoah, is facing charges related to possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
