Hazleton Police were called to a possible home invasion in the area of the 800 block of North Wyoming Street around 10:30 am Wednesday morning.
An elderly female told police that she fled her home after seeing a white male with lots of tattoos inside her residence. Officers responded and saw 35 year old Adam Kotsko standing inside of the attached garage of the residence.
Kotsko was taken into custody at the scene without further incident.
He was arraigned and committed to prison after failing to post the $25,000.00 straight bail.
