A Northumberland County Man was arrested for Impersonating a Public Servant in Orwigsburg last week.
According to Skook News, Orwigsburg Police filed charges against 21 year old Zachary Reynolds, of Mount Carmel for falsely identifying himself as a Pennsylvania State Constable to a Borough resident on Thursday, August 2.
The investigation revealed that Reynolds, although sworn in as a deputy constable in Northumberland County, has not undergone the mandatory training through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to obtain his certification as a PA State Constable.
Police filed the charges against Reynolds with Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier's Office.
