Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael A. O’Pake is asking for the public’s help in locating a man who failed to report to begin serving his prison sentence.
According to the Republican Herald, 27 year old Joseph E. Kulha failed to appear at Schuylkill County Prison on Aug. 25 after being sentenced on felony charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
He is described as being Caucasian, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds.
He has a last known address of 22 Villas Crossing Road in Tamaqua.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kulha is asked to call the district attorney’s office.
