A Schuylkill County woman said she has settled a lawsuit against Cabela's over transgender rights.

 Kate Lynn Blatt, of Pottsville, sued the company in 2014 saying she was not allowed to use the women's restroom at the Tilden Township store. 

Blatt said she changed her name and gender in 2005 and she said the store did not respect her decision.

 Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
