Child porn charges...
by News Department on 07/09/15A Pottsville man is headed to prison after being sentenced Wednesday in Schuylkill County Court for possessing child pornography.
The state attorney general’s office charged 40 year old Andrew T. Graham with possessing the child pornography on Aug. 19, 2014, on his home computer.
Agents from the office said they searched Graham’s apartment and confiscated a computer and encrypted hard drive after his IP address was allegedly found to be downloading and uploading child pornography.
President Judge William E. Baldwin sentenced Graham to serve six to 12 months in prison, plus an additional 12 months on probation and once he leaves prison, he will be subject to Megan’s Law sanctions for the rest of his life.
Graham pleaded guilty to charges on March 27.
