Predator to jail...
by News Department on 06/25/15Schuylkill County Judge John E. Domalakes decided Wednesday that 45 year old Richard M. Dasch, of Friedensburg, is a sexually violent predator and must serve time in prison and on probation for molesting two girls.
State police at Schuylkill Haven charged Dasch with assaulting one girl on Dec. 28, 2013, when she was 15 and another when she was 7 and again when she was 11.
Dasch will now spend three to 23 months in prison, plus an additional 23 months on probation, under the terms of sentence.
He had pleaded guilty on Feb. 18 to three counts each of corruption of minors and indecent assault.
