by News Department on 06/16/15Traffic was slow moving late Monday morning near the Pine Grove exit on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County and drivers can expect a similar scene to play out in the area, for the rest of the year.
The highway will be one lane in each direction in southern Schuylkill County, while PennDOT crews are working on a long-term resurfacing project between the Lebanon County line and the Ravine exit.
During the construction crews will also be working on the Pine Grove exit and the Ravine exit.
The project is expected to be completed in 2017, but crews are expected to breaks during the winter time.
