Federal officials have confirmed that former fugitive Shawn Christy has been transported from Ohio, back to Pennsylvania.
Christy is scheduled to have a hearing in Scranton Federal Court on Friday.
The McAdoo man led law enforcement on a roughly three-month manhunt which began at his home in McAdoo on June 20, crossing six state lines.
It finally ended in a ravine near a camp in Mifflin Township, northern Ohio, on Sept. 21.
Upon his capture, he was being held in Ohio where he made his first two federal court appearances.
