Two of the men accused of attacking corrections officers at the Schuylkill County Prison will have to answer to the charges in court.
32 year old William Clark, of Pottsville, and 23 year old Rakeem McCullough, of Newark, remain in the county jail under $50,000 cash bail each.
Pottsville police charged them after the incident that happened in the restricted housing unit, which is used for disciplinary, administrative and protective custody inmates.
Another inmate, 29 year old Edwin Cruet, of Reading, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He too, remains in jail under $50,000 cash bail.
