A man and woman are facing charges after police learned they were forging or receiving prescriptions fraudulently.
According to Skook News, Visualize Change Outpatient Therapy, in Ashland reported that two prior patients were found to be forging Doctor's names and receiving fraudulent prescriptions.
The two individuals were identified as 37 year old Carol Talanca, and 43 year old Edward Barnes, both of Walnut Street, in Ashland.
The events reportedly took place between 2017 and 2018.
Arrest warrants have been issued for both individuals.
