A tractor trailer jackknifed early Saturday Morning, in Schuylkill County.
According to State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred around 6:15am, Saturday Morning, when a tractor trailer driven by 46 year old Justino Velazaquex, of Camden, NJ was traveling south on Route 61, just south of the Schuylkill Mall, hit heavy water runoff that was beginning to freeze and lost control of the vehicle.
The tractor trailer struck a series of guard rails then jackknifed resting in the center median.
Authorities say Velazaquez was not injured.
