A Pottsville man was jailed Thursday charged by Mahanoy City police with burglarizing a borough home.
Authorities ay 28 year old Edward J. Polusky III was charged with breaking into the home of Peter Bowers, about 7 a.m. Thursday on Mahanoy Ave.
Polusky was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker, Shenandoah, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post 10 percent of $15,000 bail.
He will now have to answer to the charges against him at a preliminary hearing before Kilker in his Shenandoah courtroom.
