Residents in Mahanoy City are being advised to boil their water after a water main break, Wednesday.
Customers may see cloudy water or can experience low water pressure. Officials say residents in the zero, one, and two hundreds of West Mahanoy Street are being affected by the water main break.
The boil advisory is in effect until further notice.
Meanwhile, the boil water advisory has been lifted for customers of the Indian Run System, according to the Schuylkill County Municipal Authority.
The advisory was put into place after a water main break occurred early Monday morning on Westwood Road, Pottsville.
