Eight people were displaced after a fire, early Sunday morning, in Schuylkill Haven. 

Firefighters were called out to the 12:59 a.m. fire at 69 Center Ave.

 According to the Republican Herald, Assistant Fire Chief Jim Reed said it appears to have started in the back of the house on the exterior porch and quickly spread up the side of the home which was occupied by the family of David and Chrissy Rose. 

No injuries were reported.

 Reed said the fire appears accidental, although the investigation is ongoing.
