What started out as a noise complaint led to gunfire over the weekend.
According to State Police at Frackville, 58 year old Eimont Bronzini, of Tamaqua, called police on Saturday to make a noise complaint about a party his neighbors were having which included children.
Police investigated but were unable to confirm a noise complaint. Soon after Police left, Bronzini began blaring music in his house, then opened his back door and began firing a Ruger handgun into the hill and rocks aside his neighbor’s house where the party was taking place.
Bronzini was place under arrest and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $25,000 straight cash bail.
