Three people were injured Sunday when two off-road utility vehicles collided head-on in Hegins Township.
According to the Republican Herald, the call came in at 5:56 p.m., that there were several people injured in the accident at Rausch Creek Trailrider’s facility in Hegins Township.
A female and a younger child were severely injured and were transported via helicopter to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown, and a middle-aged female was transported to a local hospital for treatment, according to Doug Williams, Hegins Valley Fire Rescue chief.
There was no word on their identities or condition.
