West Penn Township Police were dispatched to a pedestrian hit-and-run over the Labor Day weekend and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver.
Authorities say an 18-year-old woman was hit at the intersection of Route 895 and Dorset Road. Police are looking for a silver Chevrolet Malibu or an Oldsmobile believed to be a mid-90s model, with damage to the side mirror.
After striking the victim, police said the vehicle continued on Route 895 to New Ringgold.
Anyone who has information is asked to call police.
