Intimidation charges on siblings...
by News Department on 06/24/15Hazleton police say a brother and sister threatened witnesses, both in person and on social media, in a homicide investigation involving their brother.
Hilda Mora-Polanco, sister of murder suspect Rafael Mora-Polanco, was arraigned on witness intimidation charges in a Luzerne County District Court Monday.
Mora-Polanco, is the man Hazleton Police say shot and killed Jorge Marerro, execution style on June 11th. He was apprehended last week.
Their brother Denny Mora was also taken into custody Sunday night for similar charges.
Officials say the brothers have ties to the street gang, the Crips.
All three siblings are being held in prison without bail.
